Your Home’s Security Is Our Mission

Whether it’s your summer home, a yearly rental, or a vacation property, Ft. Myers Beach Home Watch makes sure your property is safe by providing regular property checks.

We look for signs of weather-related damage, vandalism and theft. We meet service people, offer referrals for service, hold on to a second set of keys and more!

Home checks are based on a customized schedule that is right for you.

We are long time residents of Ft. Myers Beach.
We are licensed, bonded, insured and have many local references.
